After 30 years working out at Gyms with mixed results, there is finally a "Studio" that is thinking differently and earning a well-deserved reputation because of it!!

Jan has structured the whole program around "the person" and their training and that fact alone is amazing.  I am getting more results in a 30 min session at Peak than I was working hard for 1 hour 30 mins at a gym. I am getting personalised service every moment I am in the studio and the motivation ozing from the team would make Anthony Robins take phase.  

In summary, Jan's trainers are excellent, her studio utilises some of the best and most modern equipment I have ever seen and her training methods are hardcore to the core (pardon the pun) but fun for the soul.

 Seven weeks ago, I went to Peak Fitness in the hope of losing weight, gaining muscle and  improving core strength to help with my cycling and toprevent a reoccurrence of a back injury. The team (Jan, Ben and Jamie) have been the most friendly and supportive in helping me to obtain my goals. I have lost 7 kilograms and the weight is still dropping. 

Jan has a wealth of knowledge and experience which is evident from the moment  you start tochat and is more than willing to pass this information on. Peak Fitness offers a great variety of small group classes, there is something for everyone.If you wish to join a gym, where the staff are accessible and are willing to help, this is definitely the place to be.
