How far in advance can I book sessions?
You can book your sessions up to two weeks in advance.
Can i do back to back 30 minute Sessions?
YES OF COURSE!
We make our sessions 30 minute blocks to encourage those people that can only make a 30 minute class to still come in and train! The more you come and the more sessions you can commit to the better! If you can make a full hour than Great! If you can only make 30 minutes than that is fine too! Ultimately we would love all of our members to be doing at the very least 3 sessions per week. The only session that is a Full Hour commitment is the Hot Yoga Power Flow.
How do I book my sessions?
Login to the website. Then click on the classes tab. When you click on a class you are able to book in. If you are having trouble, or do not have access to the web page you are able to call the studio and we are more than happy to book you in over the phone.
What if the session I want is full?
If you are trying to book into a session that is full you will be advised you are on the wait list. Then, if someone cancels you will be sent an email advising you that a place has become available.
How do I become a Member?
You can get started online, however if you have any questions please come into the Studio, or give us a call and one of our friendly staff will be able to assist you with the process, and any questions or queries you may have.
If I have queries about my membership who do I speak too?
Our staff will be happy to assist you with any questions or feedback. If you would prefer you can ask to speak to the Operations Manager please let our reception team know. You can drop in, call or email us at your convenience.
Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes you can suspend your membership for 4 weeks per year. Please contact the reception team for details.
How do I cancel my membership?

How does your Pricing Structure Work
At Peak we have many different membership options. As we are a boutique Private Studio we have the flexibility to tailor packages and rates to suit each individuals needs, session requirement and ultimate goals.

We also offer 10 - Pack Memberships for those that cannot commit to a regular Schedule but still want to look after their Health and Fitness.

Do i need to commit to a 12 month contract?
Here at Peak we don't feel we need to lock our members into a 12 month contract. Initially we ask our new members to commit to 6 months in order for us to work with you intensely on your fitness goals to ensure you are getting the desired results in a short time frame. After your initial 6 months you are then month to month so you can cancel at anytime with 4 weeks notice, we have members that have been training with Jan for over 12 years because they love what we do here, how different we are and the amazing results that they are achieving.
Cant do 6 Months but still want to train?
Give us a call and we can see what we can tailor for you to suit your situation.
Contracts not for you?
We understand that everyone's situation is different and you may not be able to commit to a Membership contract, which is why we offer our 10-Pack Session Memberships across all aspects of the Fitness Sessions, this is not the most cost effective way to join our family here at Peak but it will keep you on track to achieving great results when you can get into our sessions.
Can I bring a friend with me to the Studio?
Absolutely, we offer a Free Guest Class to any friends or family you would like to introduce to Peak Fitness. Please call the Studio ahead of time and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
Who can I ask if I am having trouble with the equipment?
If you are training it means there is a Group Training Instructor running a class, or a Personal Trainer on the floor. Please feel free to approach any of our staff if you are having trouble during one of your sessions.
I have an injury/illness. Can I still attend a session?
Your health is our focus. Please advise your Group Training Instructor or Personal Trainer of any injury or illness and they will best advise you as to whether you can participate.
I am pregnant? Is it safe to workout?
The level of exercise during pregnancy is usually determined by pre-pregnancy fitness levels. We recommend you speaking to one of our Personal Trainers so they can help you develop a personalised fitness plan. Please ensure your trainers are aware of your pregnancy before taking part in any sessions.
